We are saddened to report the passing of Rich Noll, Assistant City Manager of the City of Kansas City, MO., who passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Mr. Noll has been an employee of the City of Kansas City, MO for twenty-seven years and has served as an Assistant City Manager since 1995. Rich has served in many capacities throughout his career, most recently fulfilling the role of Acting Director of the Water Services Department.
Mr. Noll interacted with the Fire Department and IAFF Local 42 on many levels, including the Chairman of the EMSCC. He was always a pleasant person to be around and never had a bad thing to say about anyone.

Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, August 29, 2010, from 3:00 PM till 7:00 PM, at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 5409 NW 72nd Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64151.
Funeral services will be Monday, August 30, 2010, beginning at 10:30 AM at St. Therese’s Catholic Church, located at 7207 NW Highway 9, Kansas City, Missouri 64152.
Burial will follow immediately after the funeral at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, located at 801 NW. 108th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64155.
