SAFE Golf Classic & Ed Wynn Scholarship

The Larry Stewart SAFE 6th Annual Memorial Golf Classic will be held on Monday, May 17, 2010, at the Lakewood Oaks Golf Club, located in Lee’s Summit, MO. Registration, Putting Competition and Warm Up will begin at 8:00 AM with a Shotgun Start at 9:00 AM.  Click here for a Registration Form for this event.  
 
The proceeds from this event benefit the Ed Wynn/SAFE Memorial Scholarship Fund. The Ed Wynn Scholarship will be awarded during the Dinner Banquet/Award Ceremony following the tournament. 
 
The eligibility requirements for this scholarship are as follows: must be a High School Senior, be of good character with no criminal background, maintain an overall GPA of 2.0, be a dependant of an active Police Officer, Firefighter or EMS Personnel that is employed in the geographic area covered by SAFE (Cass, Clay, Jackson and Platte counties in Missouri and Douglas, Johnson, Miami, Shawnee and Wyandotte counties in Kansas).
